Somatic Art Exploration

An invitation to explore intuitive art-making. We will begin with gentle somatic movement to land in our bodies, and nourish and awaken our senses. Carrying a thread from our somatic inquiry, we will explore with color and mark making. Art materials, guidance, and space to play will be provided.
